  • High-intensity training designed to mimic the skills, movements, dribbling, shooting, and passing that players have to be able to do in games

  • Patterned after the offseason workouts of Division 1 and professional players

  • Groups range anywhere from 3-10 players, last 60-75 minutes, and are arranged by ability level

  • Advanced shooting and scoring, challenging ball handling, foot speed and quickness work, individual improvement, reading screens, conditioning and overall basketball IQ

  • Workouts begin shortly after the high school basketball season ends in March and continue until the next season starts in November
